Jay R. Stucki—Managing Member
Prior to opening his own law practice in 1997, Jay was the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for American Health Choice, Inc., (Nasdaq SmallCap). Prior to joining American HealthChoice, Jay had a successful career in aviation. He was the Director of Aviation for the Jacksonville (Florida) Port Authority, Airport Director for Worcester (Massachusetts) Airport, and Operations Supervisor at the Midland, now (Texas) International Airport. At the time, Jay was an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) and serves as a legal expert in various aviation and healthcare practice management. In addition to being an experienced litigator, Jay’s practice area encompasses advising businesses, serving as a mediator, and as a court appointed receiver for complex business disputes.
Jay is also experienced in representing different sizes of businesses, private as well as publicly traded companies, in complex legal proceedings, business practices, and matters beyond legal aspects such as financial, growth strategies, boardroom best practices, and practical day-to-day operations.
